Unless otherwise agreed in a custom written contract or licensing agreement:

• Usage License: Upon full payment of invoices, clients receive a standard commercial license to use delivered stills and motion assets across their digital channels, websites, social media, print, and advertising collateral.
• Copyright: Planet / Photos retains underlying copyright ownership of all raw and final visual assets.
• Portfolio Rights: Planet / Photos reserves the right to display completed stills and motion assets on our official website, social media channels, and promotional materials as part of our work portfolio.
